Dr. Kimberly Marman

Dr. Kimberly Marman is a licensed teacher in elementary education and special education and has a special education director credential. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education and Special Education in 2003 from the University of Mary in Bismarck, ND. She holds a Master of Education in Learning Disabilities degree from the University of Mary, and in 2018, she received her Doctor of Philosophy in Education, Special Education Leadership through Capella University in Minneapolis, MN.
Marman has worked with students with disabilities in the public and private P-12 educational settings in North Dakota and South Dakota. She is the Chair for the Department of Education and an Associate Professor at the University of Mary. Marman researches information about special education and the transition process for students with disabilities. She teaches courses at the undergraduate and graduate levels for students pursuing degrees in early childhood, elementary, secondary, and special education settings.
