  • Design processes to achieve quality, cost-effective, and ethical health outcomes.
  • Evaluate quality and safety measures and create an informed plan of change using principles of servant leadership.
  • Use information technology to improve nursing processes.
  • Demonstrate effective principles of change while providing client-centered care.

My instructors throughout the BSN to MSN program were available and followed the curriculum and course guidelines. They were understanding and showed concern even though we were miles apart. Living in Alaska, the online learning platform made it convenient and attainable to earn my Master’s degree through University of Mary.
