Expand your skills and further your career as a Catholic school educator and administrator by joining Catholic School Leadership Institute (CSLI).

CSLI is a unique graduate program for working professionals designed to prepare educators like you to serve as Catholic school principals or in other leadership roles, such as dean of students, curriculum coordinator, or instructional coach.

Rooted in the Mary’s strong commitment to our Catholic, Christian, and Benedictine mission, CSLI coursework integrates principles of Catholic belief and identity into educational leadership and school administration. Students will earn a Master of Education School Administration degree with a concentration on the unique needs and challenges of Catholic education and will meet the requirements for principal licensure in North Dakota and many other states.

Format

CSLI is a five-semester program offered as a blend of summer and regular school-term schedules. Regular term courses are delivered online via the University of Mary’s flexible asynchronous model. Summer courses are offered in a face-to-face/online hybrid format, including a one-week residency on our Bismarck campus, enabling you to engage personally with faculty and peers in a peaceful, spiritual setting.
