  • Apply Benedictine values to foster spiritual integrity and human dignity in health care.

The University of Mary equipped me with the advanced critical thinking and leadership skills, and theoretical knowledge necessary for a doctorate-prepared nurse leader. This allowed me to move into a formal leadership position as program director of our prelicensure registered nursing program. Furthermore, the education I received instilled a commitment to lifelong learning and professional development, motivating me to pursue further continuing education, enhancing my ability to move from a novice to an expert leader and nursing professional.
